Alan Lomax non è morto, vive in esilio a Ravenna; come un Dante musicologo Christian Ravaglioli gira il mondo raccogliendo tradizioni e vibrazioni da Parigi fino a Tucson. “il giovane Valzer” parte dal folklore italiano amplificandosi in un disco worldmusic ante-litteram, corde e incanti, suoni ricicloelaborati e illusori silenzi della lontananza .
Come un Goethe invaghito di Wagner il valzer postromantico trasforma i suoi dolori in seducenti armonie.
