Album Notes
By P. Scott Cummins "spumonibiscotti" (Seattle, WA USA) This review is from: Christmas in the Northwest 9 (Audio CD)
Steve Lawson's team has done it again - a vibrant, eclectic and enchanting collection of music for the holiday season. Over the years the talented contributions to this project have delighted my family and guests to our home. This album makes the perfect gift, by the way. Each new album has big stars like Dave Mathews and (this year) Kenny G - but always surpises with new talent - we now own every CD by Late Tuesday, for example. The fact that net proceeds benefits uncompensated care funds at Seattle's Childrens Hospital - guaranteeing that no child without insurance ever leaves with a hospital bill should be reason enough to buy this album. But musically it stands alongside all those others over the past twenty years - no wonder recording artists stand in line to be part of this project! Enjoy this CD, enjoy giving this CD as a gift, and welcome to the Christmas in the Northwest tradition!

Great album from our Northwest stars. I especially loved the Doxology rendition of "My Favorite Things".

Great music for the holidays. I'd buy it over and over again. Plus the proceeds go for a good cause.
