Album Notes
Christopher began his musical career banging pots and pans at the age of five before eventually moving on to a real drum set. He played obsessively until the age of eighteen, when he focused his attention on a career in business. The business world, however, provided no answers to real questions and no means of self-fulfillment, so after the obligatory Big Realization, Christopher abandoned his business, moved from L.A. to Nevada City, California, and started writing songs, playing guitar and singing as a means of finding himself. As a result, Christopher’s music has evolved into an honest and poetic account of his own journey as a human being. He still lives near Nevada City area and uses the sales skills developed during his earlier years in helping to preserve the Amazon rainforest through sustainable eco-commerce. www.Rainforestalive.com. He is also the founder of Organically Grown Music. He has a beautiful daughter and two lovely step children

Remains to be Seen
I love this up-beat, feel good album. The enlightened lyrics feel the earth and our humanness while also expressing the heaven in which it all arises. They are inspiring and act like centering mantra through my day. The music has depth with its layered and skilled instrumentals. "The Sun Shines" especially exemplifies all of this. There is a playful aspect to the music on this album that along with its quality of musicianship leaves a unique impression and takes it beyond other music in this genre. Richard Hardy's sax and Onyay Pheori's background vocals are wonderful additions to Christopher Taylor's vocals and guitar, Johnny Om's percussion, electic guitar and balalaika, and Jack Lee's piano, lapslide and organ. It is easy to feel that the musicians are having fun playing and really love their music.

To sum it up - I haven't taken it out of my car's CD player since I received it! I commute an hour to work each day and this album certainly helps take my mind off crazy gas prices! Music effects me profoundly, and Christopher's mellow voice along with the various instrumentals both relax and invigorate me. It's just darn good music!
