ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
One day at Barton Springs Pool in Austin, TX, Cindy met Steve Zirkel, by way of the Hank Drum that she was playing. This meeting eventually led to "In the Water", a compilation of original songs spanning a 25 year stretch of time. It features the Hank Drum in " Child Inside". Long time accomplished musician and arranger, Steve Zirkel produced this album alongside Erich Avinger, recording engineer, monster musician and self-produced artist in his own right. Together, they pulled in long time music comrades Brad Evilsizer on percussion, Chris Maresh on Acoustic Bass, and Brian Thomas on Dobro. David Nayer ( Purple Martin)@ Steven Glicker ( Take a Pill) contributed to the lyrics of said songs. This album became a " love child ", of sorts, with much experimentation in mood, which is why each song is it's own entity. We hope you enjoy "In the Water" as much as we enjoyed making it. Kick back, relax, and be "In the Water".
