Album Notes
Clayton J. Foor, a songwriter from the San Francisco Bay Area, writes and sings music inspired by the best of 60's/70's pop as well as by the great old school songs he heard his mom playing while he was growing up.

His songs sometimes tip the hat to Billy Joel, other times make a nod to Michael Buble…

In the summer of 2017 Clayton will sing on the Bay Stage at the Solano County Fair again for the second year in a row. Other highlights of his performances include a one-man show at Walnut Creek's Lesher Center for the Arts.

Highlights of his YouTube channel include the video for his latest single, Tell Me Now, some well-received Cat Stevens cover videos, and a duet with his niece Ashley on the recent City of Stars -- Best Original Song at this year's Academy Awards.

At one point you could find Clayton sitting behind the Steinway at Nordstrom, where he was a regular pianist for several years.

In 2001 he directed a small a cappella group singing his own arrangement of the Star Spangled Banner on the pitcher's mound to open a game at AT&T Park (formerly Pacific Bell Park).  Starting in 2007 he received the ASCAP Plus Award for composition four years running.

Clayton is a graduate of Stanford University with an A.B. in Music with a concentration in Composition.

Enjoy the music! :)
