10 Audio Kickboxing Rounds. Each Round is 2 Minutes, followed by 1 minute of active rest. You will throw combos, leg kick, knees, elbows and individual punches. Rounds work on slips, switching and fighting range. A very physical workout.

Album Notes
Its music to my ears. My album is to help train Kick-Boxers from Beginner to Pro. This album represent a higher-level workout. The background beats, during the shots called, are 120 beats per minutes, after the round, during the active rest period, the beats drop to 60 per minute. I want to give you a higher heart rate during the rounds and lower it during the active rest period. The different beats per minute help achieve this effect. The numbered combo calls are between 1 and 4, Jab, Cross, Hook and Uppercut. Besides the Combos, you will throw individual punches, Elbows, Knees and Leg Kicks. Enjoy.
