Album Notes
Get ready to party and shake a tail feather! The ColdRail Blues Band's debut cd Blind Horizon celebrates the many dimensions of life in fine blues influenced fashion.

A soulful Strat, tasty Harp, and hard driving back line bring you great originals like "Dog House", "Lead Footed Mama", and "Blind Horizon" as well as classics from the likes of Junior Wells, Charlie Musslewhite and Albert Collins.

Warning: You may find it hard to stay seated while listening to this CD. Use caution when driving!

Sharing Some Love for Blind Horizon
WOW! I must have listened to it in its entirety a dozen times and individual cuts 2 or 3 dozen times. The opening cut is the perfect choice and the title cut is a great song worthy of some serious air time. You got a couple of my favorite standards on there as well. Charlie is one of my favorite performers and of course, Blues Overtook Me, has to be one of the best tunes he has but I must say it's just as pleasing to me when you do it here as on any of his CDs.
