ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Fronted by multi-instrumentalist team of Danny Jerabek (endorsed by Hohner Accordions) and Michelle Jerabek, Copper Box has given music fans a reason to listen to this recording-- complete with melodic hooks, groovy rhythms, and credible lyrics appealing to audiences looking for a refreshing sound with an old soul. Complete with original compositions by Danny Jerabek and Michelle Jerabek, as well as unique arrangements of a few familiar cover songs, Copper Box takes you on a musical journey from a classic sousaphone rock cover, to a soft and beautiful AM radio instrumental performed with a baritone saxophone, to the playful dexterity of accordion virtuoso, Danny Jerabek, playing the button box on a Tejano flavored song, to a backwoods stomp of a lamenting maiden, not to mention surf rock, Zydeco, blues, polka, gypsy groove, and a soft acoustic duet....all with an underlying common thread of musicality and good vibes.

Danny Jerabek: vocals, button accordion, harmonica, sousaphone, penny whistle, keys, guitar (track 3), percussion, synth bass (track 13)
Michelle Jerabek: vocals, guitar, bari saxophone, tenor saxophone
Dan "DC" Cable: drums
Dave Chyla: bass, cavaquinho
Mike Soffa: pedal steel guitar (track 13)
