The first track, Yoga Nidra for Relaxation in Pregnancy, can be listened to every day of your pregnancy to help you truly relax and let go. Yoga Nidra is the yoga of deep rest, and it is of utmost importance that you allow yourself to rest and nourish yourself everyday that you are pregnant.
The second track, Yoga Nidra for the Kosha's, will take you on a guided visualization of the various layers and qualities of yourself. In this way, you may see yourself for who you are at your core layer of your being, while still honoring the various traits and human experiences that you go through.
The third track, Meditation for Making Decisions from the Heart, will take you into your intuition and the wisdom of your heart to support you when you are making large decisions about your pregnancy, developing baby, and family.
The fourth track, Steam Rising Meditation will help you to rest and release any areas of tension in your body or issues that you might be holding onto.
