ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Physical album includes a disc of songs and a disc of videos, and an eight page booklet with lyrics, pictures, and artist notes.
This album, "Talking to Echos," is a result of personal observing and songwriting, and in particular, addressing the emotional habit of dwelling in the past. The songs look at this phenomenon in order to untangle it's grasp and discover a new future.

An important part of this project is the recording style. It is designed to recall the special feeling of AM radio in the early 1970's; an environment that compels the listener to stop and hear through static and shadow for the true melody and performance of the great artists of that unique and creative era.

TALKING TO ECHOS
"TAKING ECHO'S " IS A FINE DELIGHTFUL ALBUM I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. IT TAKES US AWAY FROM OUR CELL PHONES AND I PADS AND VALUES THE MORE SIMPLE PLEASURES OF LIFE. RICH WITH POETRY. MATURE IN WISDOM AND DEEP WITH MEANING. THE CATCHY TITLE SONG NOT ONLY MAKE YOU THINK AND HAS LOVELY QUICK RHYTHM CHANGES.
ANGLE IN THE WIND HAS MANY GREAT METAPHORS. MY FAVORITE.
COLORS OF BUTTERFLIES: HAS NICE RHYTHM GUITAR RIFF AND IS A STORY OF LIFE IT SELF.
JANE RIDES AGAIN LETS YOU HEAR COSBY'S GREAT VOICE RANGE. ABOUT ONE WOMAN'S PAIN MANY CAN IDENTIFY WITH.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY: OFFERS MUCH WARMTH AND COMFORT. NICE LOVE SONG
TRAVELIN'' SONG: ABOUT LIFE'S UPS AND DOWNS OF A WELL TRAVELED LIFE. IT IS A SONG YOU WANT TO TURN UP THE RADIO FOR.
DON'T LOOK BACK : FINE RHYTHM. WONDERFUL HARMONIC MELODY.. OFFER'S FAITH TO ALL.
PAINT BY NUMBERS: THE MOST POETIC. IS WONDERFULLY ANTI-ELECTRONIC.
ATLANTIC, YOU: IS A BEAUTIFUL FAIRYTALE-STYLE SONG OF GREEK MYTHOLOGY.
UP WHERE THE FLOWERS BLOOM; IS A LOVELY POETIC MELODY.
A MILLION MILES OR SO: SOUNDS LIKE THE DAUGHTER OF THE "TRAVELIN' SONG" BUT WITH A DIFFERENT PERSONALITY.
AND FINALLY "TOGETHER THE THE WORLD" IS A JOYFUL CLOSING SONG WITH A GREAT GUITAR RIFF.
COSBY GIBSON GIVES YOU OVER 35 MINATES OF FUN . UP'S AND DOWN OF LIFE'S PAIN AND PLEASURES AND HAS A WHOLE LOT OF MEANING . DELIGHTFUL FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY TO ENJOY.
