Album Notes
Coundd, pronounced sound, is like no band you’ve ever heard before, and yet, they still manage to invoke memories of great bands of the past. Coundd artfully melds together the music of their influences including Pink Floyd, The Beatles, and Led Zeppelin, while adding in their own unique style.

The most incredible part of Coundd’s alternative rock music is that each song was craftily written so that no two would be alike. They refuse to play it safe by finding one pattern that works and falling into a rut. Instead, they take a bold step in a new direction with every song, taking risks that will certainly be earning them the attention and respect their music deserves. The result? A distinctive sound that appeals to a wide array of people while still leading them to definitively say, “That’s a Coundd song.” In fact, the band’s current “problem” is trying to pick out a single from their list of future hits that everyone can agree upon. Different people tend to gravitate towards different songs, further proof that Coundd truly offers something for everybody. And unlike other bands these days, the members of Coundd are fueled with the sole passion of getting their music heard and sharing it with the world.

Choosing to keep their identities anonymous, the band members prefer to prove the notion that music is blind, challenging our image-conscious society to experience the music on its own and judge it based solely on merit. Trust us, the music speaks for itself.
