Album Notes
Counter Void, orignally formed in Wisconsin, resides in the Minneapolis area where they recorded their debut album. Coming from a long line of musical tastes Counter Void's self titled album consists of everything from Rock to Metal to Pop/Dance. The album as a whole, however, has a Melodic Rock influence/feel.

Ben Hafeman has been singing his entire life and was self taught in piano and guitar before he was in High School. Ben studied music theory and composition in college where he arranged and orchestrated numerous songs. His main musical influences are Kip Winger, Michael Jackson, Seal, Queen, Alice in Chains, and Tool. The vocalists who helped to shape Ben's vocal style are David Glasper of the band Breathe and Layne Staley, the original voice of Alice in Chains.

Brad started playing piano, violin and trumpet at an early age. At age 12 he purchased his first guitar and taught himself to play everything from Van Halen to Bach. Some of his influences include Van Halen, Jason Becker, Scotty Moore, Ritchie Blackmore, John Sykes and Zakk Wylde. Brad has written and recorded jingles for tv/radio and continues to record and mix other artists at his home studio.

Hope this is only the first album
Fantastic album. Diverse in it's style of music - goes from outstanding Rock and easier Metal to tunes with more "funk" and a "George Michael" flavor to them. The quality of the artists performing is incredible. Anyone who buys this album will happy they did. Can't wait for the next one already.
