Album Notes
Animals, Vegetables, and Minerals is a digital remix on the 20th Anniversary of Crabmeat Thompson’s whirlwind appearance at the recently-refurbished Grand Opera House. Through great luck and a tad of perseverance, Crab secured the master tapes from Kooster McAllister, and in the waning months of 1985, Crab and Ward Camp, the producer and CEE of Now & Then, toiled over the raw tracks and came up with Crab’s first, crystalline, vinyl, which captures the excitement of this big night.
Now for the first time, on the 20th anniversary of its release in January 1986, here’s AVMS on CD!
