A Foggy Day(Gershwin); Black Orpheus(Bonfa); How About You(Jiminez-Torres);Isn't It Romantic(Rodgers & Hart);I'm Old Fashioned(Kern/Mercer); My Favorite Things(Rodgers & Hammerstein); all other compositions by Sam Crain

This music is a mix of my original solo guitar pieces and some of my favorite jazz standards(including My Favorite Things). My approach throughout was pretty straightforward, pretty no-frills: just play the songs and improvise a bit. No special arrangements as such, though many of the songs I did write intros to. Just tried to make a collection of music that'll be a nice comfortable listen, one you'll come back to again and again. Hope you enjoy Solo Jazz Guitar!

Solo Guitar
Great sounding CD very polished and professional playing by an excellent jazz guitarist. What I most enjoyed about the CD was the relaxed time feel throughout and attention to detail. Definitely worth checking out!

If you need a stress reliever this is the CD for you. I absolutely love it. It would make a great Christmas gift for any guitar/jazz lover on your Christmas list. I keep it in my car as I have a medium length commute and it certainly removes the tensions of the day! Thanks Sam, it's much less expensive than therapy!
