ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Cripple Creek Band is proud to release their follow up album titled "Bona Fide". Their self-titled debut album was released in 2015 showing they have the chops to write and create music from the heart that resonates with fans of real country and southern rock influenced music. Bona Fide is a powerful album that starts off with a bang and takes the listener on a journey of high and low emotions. In writing and recording this album, CCB decided to incorporate additional layers of instrumentation by including steel guitar and fiddle enhancing their county-rock sound. Tracks like “Bona Fide”, “Comin’ in Hot”, and “Bud Light Night” will have you tapping your cowboy boots and breaking the speed limit, while “I hear the Music”, “Cold in California” and “Stand My Ground” will have you tugging on your heart strings. When listening to the songs on this album you can't help but feel the strong influences of Lynyrd Skynyrd, Hank Williams Jr and the Eagles.

Since the 2015 album’s release, CCB has opened for Tyler Farr, Jon Pardi, Eli Young Band, Colt Ford, Dustin Lynch, the Outlaws to name a few.

Influences include Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Band, Waylon Jennings, Hank Williams Jr., Eagles, Alabama, Bob Segar, Merle Haggard, Travis Tritt, John Mellencamp, Charlie Daniels Band, Zac Brown Band, Chris Stapleton, Sturgil Simpson, Blackberry Smoke, and Eric Church.
