ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Dennis Crommett is a singer/songwriter from Northampton, Massachusetts.

The Evening Sorrow was released in December 2006 on Pigeon Records in the USA and on Rounder Europe in March 2007.

\"sparse, heavily acoustic and daydreamy... he is undoubtedly a gifted songwriter\" (American Songwriter)

\"Crommett never rushes to the point, opting instead to build lush but never overbearing melodies that wash over the listener in sleepy waves\" (Northeast Performer)

\"it will transform your silent car\" (Daily Hampshire Gazette)

The album was produced by Dennis Crommett along with Bruce Tull and Jose Ayerve, in Holyoke, MA in 2005. The cover art is by Lauren Piotrowski, with graphic design by Marisa Filippone.
