Album Notes
This CD is a recording from December 9th, 2004 with our beloved conductor, pianist and friend, Lawrence Leighton Smith (RIP: 10/25/2013) performing on his Steinway concert grand piano. His wife, Leslie, is playing the flute and our friend Jennifer Yopp plays the cello, along with Cynthia Lynn on the violin for the first four tracks of this CD. For the fifth and final track, Cynthia Lynn joins her parents (Don and Janell, on violin and piano, respectively) for Largo, ma non tanto (2nd movement) from the Concerto for Two Violins in D minor.
