Album Notes
My name is Maxwell M Chidavaenzi aka DADDY NICE. I was born in Zimbabwe, Africa in 1974. I grew up listening to reggae music and always admired the liberal, conscious and revolutionary lyrics of artists like the great BOB MARLEY, BURNING SPEAR, PETER TOSH only to mention a few.

I see reggae music as the world music, having a Carribean, American, African and European feeling. I became familiar with a new type of reggae (Reggae Dancehall) after listening to artists like YELLOWMAN, CHARLIE CHAPLIN, TIGER etc back in the eighties. Artists like SHABBA RANKS, BUJU BANTON, TONY REBEL, CAPLETON, BEENIE MAN, BOUNTY KILLER, SIZZLA, JUNIOR KELLY etc, inspire me a great deal.

I used to try and mimic BUJU B, that is how I got started.. Every Reggae artist inspire me in a certain way so much that I felt I had to make my own contribution to reggae music. MORE MESSAGE is therefore my first contribution to reggae music. Music is the healing. Jah bless.
