Album Notes
A project several years in the works, and for her first big recorded endeavor, Danielle Hicks wanted to make sure the sound was as grand as her vision. She enlisted legendary producer and 7-time Grammy winner Jim Scott (Tom Petty, Santana, Red Hot Chili Peppers) and a veritable who’s who of LA studio musicians. Tracked live and mixed in ten days at the famed PLYRZ Studio in Valencia, California, the vocally driven, high-energy album 'Honey' will be a new favorite among your music collection.

Featuring a wide cast of musicians including: The Resistance’s own Ben Keiser on guitar , Neal Casal on guitar (Hard Working Americans, The Chris Robinson Brotherhood, Ryan Adams), John Ginty on keys (Santana, Founding Member of Robert Randolph and the Family Band), Chris Joyner on keys(Heart, Amos Lee), Jimmy Paxson on drums (Stevie Nicks, Beyoncé, Dixie Chicks) Jesse Ingalls on bass (Ben Harper and the Relentless 7, Charlie Musselwhite), and Alan Hertz on drums ( Garaj Mahal, Eric McFadden).

Mastered by multi-grammy winner, Richard Dodd
