ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Daniel M. P. Shaw is an established singer-songwriter mixing different musical styles and traditions, but with a folky element to most things he does. He is a member of indie folk rock band, The Flocking Murmuration and formerly a member of world-pop-folk trio Tiger the Lion.

On 1st January 2017, Dan set himself a challenge - to write a song every day for a whole year. This album is the third collection of those songs - days 20 to 30 of the "A Song, A Day, A Year" project. it includes a folk-rocking tribute to Canadian legend Gordon Downie, ambient spoken word protest-poetry, mindful ukulele-rock, and much more. 50% of all proceeds go to a variety of worthy causes.
