Album Notes
Daniel M. P. Shaw is an established singer-songwriter mixing different musical styles and traditions, but with a folky element to most things he does. In addition to his solo career, he is a member of indie folk rock band, The Flocking Murmuration and formerly a member of world-pop-folk trio Tiger the Lion.

On 1st January 2017, Dan set himself a challenge - to write a song every day for a whole year. This album is the sixth collection of those songs - days 54 to 65 of the "A Song, A Day, A Year" project. It includes new additions to his ongoing suite of personal 'heart songs' , song-meditations on birds, punky folk-rock a capella trance and grooves and and two 'minute songs'. 50% of all proceeds go to a variety of worthy causes.
