ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Weather Forecast calls for…
…A lingering system, mixed with long periods of sustaining deep zone analog drones, sequencer based arpeggiating space synths, and spatial, undulating sound atmospheres; interspersed with occasional Native American Flute, Voice and a light sprinkle of Harmonica. This system will include a series of diverse patterns with a variety of conditions. Be prepared to hunker down with headphones for a night of darkness, in an atmosphere that is ominous, ethereal, other worldly, and mysteriously beautiful.

“Yes, this is an Ambient Space music album, but this is also music about the ground we walk on, the oceans we tread, and the air that we breathe.
Weather affects us; and we in turn, affect the weather. Extreme weather conditions as we are witnessing them, are due, in part to natural eco changes and occurrences, but also to the taxing toll we have placed on our planet. We have to admit in all humility to this fact. The air is changing, the seas are rising, and the winds are blowing harder. In some parts of the world, there is drought, while in other parts we see severe flooding. We as a species are changing and expanding. But then at the same time, so is our weather.
This is not a political statement, merely an observation.
And that is what this music is about.”
