Album Notes
She’s one of the hottest women in the market now! She has her own individual style being sexy and mellow with a touch of funk. This girl is Hot! She's UNSTOPPABLE!

Born and raised in Washington, DC, she assumed an interest in music as a small child. Singing has always been her passion. At a young age she would write songs and always surrounded herself with something musical while attending school. The desire to share her talents with the world has always been her dream.

She joined a female rap group, by the name of Complexity, with two other ladies. They wrote music and recorded a demo. After several months of recording, Complexity split for undisclosed reasons.

At a later date, she was asked to lay some tracks for a local rapper and childhood friend. She happily agreed. They worked together and did the recordings and she’s been recording ever since.

She completed her new CD titled “Whyte Chocolate” now available. If you're in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, the CD is available at TOWER RECORDS located at 21st & I Streets, NW, Washington, DC or iHIPHOP Record Store located at 3225 Georgia Avenue, NW, Washington, DC and also at Bar Nun located at 1326 U St., NW, Washington, DC.

It was a very nice mellow CD. You could understand the lyrics
The cover of the CD is really nice, real classy. Nice music to relax and just chill. Good conversation piece, looking forward to hearing more good music from the artist

I love it!
I love the song Stop Turning It Around. It's really relating to my life right now. Once A Lifetime is another of my favorites.

I like the whole CD. So smooth, I love her sound.
So Good 2 U, is such a happy feel good tune. Hold Me is very sexy. Be careful because you can get into some good trouble while listening to that Whyte Chocolate cd.

The CD is off the chain!! I absolutely LOVE the CD. Darlette has a very unique sound that sets her apart from every other female (and male!) singer out there. My daughter (16 years old) heard it for the first time and said the same thing: she has a unique sound. The first track has a wicked beat that is very catchy.

This sista is going to go far!

I'm REALLY diggin' this CD. Darlette's doin' her thing on here. I like the video for "So Good 2 U" also (check it out on YouTube yall!!!) The only disappointment is that its only 8 songs. but I'm an artist also so I understand that crankin' out good music takes time ...........I'm just ready to hear more!
