A Voice Hypsometry

by Darrin Margulies

Listen to this poetry/music as you would view a piece of abstract art. Ideal background music for cooking, in the bath, or stuck in heavy turtle-crawling traffic, it is basically a sensory enigma.

Album Notes
Darrin Margulies, a Los Angeles-native Artist / Writer / Poet, received a measure of his passion and inspiration from observing the overlooked, abstract quality of the "known" & unknown universes~!!
Inspired, fearless and confident, his creative drive roots from his core mind, body and spirit.
He Juggles his intuitive channeling amidst a fluid balance, meshing humanness and spirit during this seemingly unparalleled era of our global transition.

Formerly established to the Sherman Oaks, spoken word scene in the early 90s, Darrin has since involved himself with various organisations and events in Los Angeles that embraced his aesthetic position, openly exhibiting his sculptures and creative work. To record his spoken word CDR release in 2008 entitled "A Voice Hypsometry", Darrin sought assistance from recording artist Dean De Benedictis, an old friend who willingly offered his support.
Upon listening to the poetic lyrics of "A Voice Hypsometry", allow your mind to travel through an abstract journey filled with colourful metaphors and profound word hues; alas, just let it wash over all previously established thought processes or surrounding atmosphere.
