ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Sleeve 340 is dedicated to the awesome staff at the John Theurer Cancer Center and Rob Pollock, pianist and fellow cancer survivor. The name Sleeve 340 is taken from the area where myeloma patients meet with the medical staff to review their health and treatment progress. The selections on this CD were tracks that Rob and I had discussed and intended to play together. Unfortunately Rob lost the battle before we could put our plans in place.

Rather than just lament what didn’t happen, I reached out to my San Jose connection to make this CD, Sleeve 340, a reality. We are not promised tomorrow, we have to make today count. I can’t thank Jo, Kirk and Steve enough for working with me to make this CD happen.

Proceeds from this the sale of this project will benefit the Multiple Myeloma support group at JTCC

Thanks for listening, Darryl
