Album Notes
Dave Volk is the drummer of Archer Avenue and has produced records, occasionally releases solo albums, and appeared on a reality show called "The Scene."

The songs on "Self Made Sorrow" were originally released on Bordertown Records on three separate records: "The Rock ReIssue Vol. I," "Elevator Music," and the EP version of "Self Made Sorrow." Bordertown Records returns in 2005 to bring you a full length, "digital-only" re-release of "Self Made Sorrow" with three bonus b-sides.

Dave Volk starting off in the music business as the Pres. and CEO of Bordertown Records, producing BTR releases by Face Down, Marc Sauceda, Chris Reyes, and Javier Herrera. He made headlines later as a cast member on the reality show "The Scene," but recently has teamed up with solo artists Jack Bonner and Marc Sauceda to create the band Archer Avenue. Archer Avenue recently was discovered by Grammy Award Winning Producer Pete Anderson. Anderson took Archer Avenue to his studio in Burbank, CA and enlisted the production team of Tony Rambo and Sally Browder to record the band's full length. Archer Avenue's full length is set for release in Jan. 2006.
