Album Notes
David Heavenor is a Scottish singer songwriter based in Edinburgh, Scotland. He has produced 5 albums and 2 EP's. His subjects range from the death of aid worker Karen Woo, ANC activist Joe Slovo, lost love, found love, religious bigotry, war and peace, existential angst and writer's block - just to start with…. Hype and filibuster fail him so he'll leave it to others. 'Jenny and the Cold Caller... one of the best songs ever written...' (Ricky Ross, Deacon Blue). 'Linger and Go ... a masterpiece of songwriting' (Scotsman). 'I'm Watching Rosanna ... gorgeous. I just love this song' (Cherrie Mcllwaine, BBC Radio Ulster). He grew up listening to Paul Simon, Leonard Cohen, Joni Mitchell, Joan Baez, Donovan , Bob Dylan, The Band so you can probably work out the well into which he dips...
