ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
With help from a successful Kickstarter campaign, David recorded and mixed this beautiful album with veteran producer Ben Wisch (Marc Cohn, Kathy Mattea) in an "old school" way at Ben's house in Ridgewood, NJ: musicians playing together at the same time in the same place. In addition to David's piano/organ/harmonium, Paul Ossola (Levon Helm, Delbert McClinton, SNL) played bass, Kevin Barry (Ray Lamontagne, J Geils) did the guitar work, and Chris Marshak (Steve Winwood, Robert Poe) played drums and cajon. Featured vocalists are Jennifer Kimball (The Story), Amy Correia, and Erica Leigh who sang leads on songs David wrote from a female point of view.
