Album Notes
Bull Durham Band was the first album done by Dave when he moved to LA in the early 80's. It features songs he had written while on the road in Texas, and reflects the struggles of a young artist from the south facing a large impenetrable city, with nothing but a guitar, guts and a vision.

When country was still....country
By todays standards, this wouldn't be considered "country rock", but simply country. Pure and simple. And that's the way it's supposed to be. Great songwriting, honest lyrics telling stories and sharing relatable emotions from the songwriter, and quality musicians that serve the song. You'll find no short supply of that here. This is good ol' listenin. Can I get a copy on 8-track?
