ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
“De Kleine Verleiding” is originally the band of the Teerenstra brothers, that was formed in 1982. The roots are found in the old Dutch blues/rock tradition. During June 1997 the group made a start with their long awaited first album, which was recorded in the Beaufort Studio, under supervision of Han Swagerman. The title less album, that was released in May 2000 was received very well by the music press, which resulted in the interest of record companies. During the next period (2000-2003), again together with Han Swagerman, the group made recordings for their second album (Overwinningsdag) which was released in June 2003. When the coorporation of the three brothers came to an end in 2004, Jan Teerenstra decided to go on all by himself. In 2006 he released a new “Kleine Verleiding” album called “Residu”.
