Album Notes
This was recorded right in the year 2001 in Santa Cruz, California and in Los Angeles, CA by Dame Darcy and Dennis Driscoll. When they were recording most of the songs (Christmas Doll just needed a bit of touching up and had actually mostly already been recorded by Dame Darcy at that juncture) they had just toured down to LA, learning the song "Tropical Storm" from Oliver Brown while in Santa Cruz at Brown's house and recording it Lo-Fi there with the help of Dixie (an intern for Darcy at the time) and Dickie (Richard Romero) who blew bubbles through a straw to produce sound effects for that song.
