ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The Beta Sessions started, at least in concept about 15 years prior to its being released. Life has a tendency to get in the way of that which we desire to do. Finally, with the assistance and encouragement from family and a few close friends, along with initial positive feedback from unbiased sources, The Beta Sessions is ready and available for all who will dare to listen.

What I find exciting about this album is that most of the songs that were actually written several years ago. A couple of them were recorded while a few others were played live but never recorded. Others were conceived and shelved. But now they have been given life! It's exhilarating to hear concepts that were once confined to the vault in my mind come out in audible sound. To be able to sit back and actually listen to the music rather than merely conjure up phantoms of the imagination is quite thrilling for me.
