Album Notes
A profoundly soothing collection of guided meditations to uplift, heal and enlighten. Dhanpal is a gifted meditation teacher with a comforting voice. Each track is supported by delightful background music with mantra, or a mix of lovely nature sounds. The Deep Relaxation track (track 7) features an original piano composition by producer, AJ Oliveira. In each track, the listener is carried effortlessly into deep calmness by gently focusing on the breath, the body and the mind.

This exceptional, high-quality collection of guided meditations was recorded at LA Lounge Studios in August, 2014.

Dhanpal-Donna Quesada’s background includes formal training in the Zen Buddhist tradition, as well as in many different styles of Yoga. She teaches at the renowned Yoga West, in Los Angeles, home of Kundalini Yoga. She is also a professor of eastern spiritual studies at Santa Monica College, a healer, and an author. Her book, Buddha in the Classroom was released by Skyhorse Publications, in 2011.
