ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Facets is Diamond Blue's second CD, two years in the making. This collection of songs has a more electric treatment. Where the first CD, In The Rough, was more folk-influenced, Facets explores the group members' more electric influences although not all of the songs have drums and bass.

The songs move from Since You - a Beatles-y, energetic piece that has had some success with listeners in the UK as well as in the U.S. - to the final piece, Celtic Aire - a beautiful instrumental piece featuring guitar, violins, and synthesized flute.

For more information on the band and its history, check out the Notes on In The Rough, Diamond Blue's first CD - also available through CD BABY.

Currently, Diamond Blue is writing material for their next CD and continuing performing around Cincinnati, southern Ohio, and northern Kentucky.
