ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
On this debut project Diana Lee pays homage to her own Mentors with unique, electrifying, captivating vocals and arrangements with Jazz legends. She will take you on her musical journey of how she became the premier vocalist she is today!

Dennis Rowland, (from Count Basie and his Orchestra) is a featured vocalist and mentor on this endeavor. Charles Lewis- pianist and mentor graces the track "God Bless the Child" with his eloquent style and approach. (Joey DeFrancesco's) trumpet player Jim Henry, Dave Cook- (stir the soup) drummer, Joey Trujillo- guitar, Paul Darrow-piano and Ted Sistrunk- bass revel in the allusions of Jazz in Session 1. Dave Baradic- piano, Felix Sainz- bass, Greg Warner (Dionne Warwick's drummer) pinnacle the efforts in Session 2. Paul Sherman- piano and Justin Brotman- bass complete the Jazz odyssey in Session 3. Many more musicians and mentors are honored with the musical tribute of Diana Lee's effort.
