ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Diane gathers Irish and Scottish songs from her many recordings into a Celtic celebration. Her lilting voice embraces each nuance, getting right to the heart of the joys, sorrows, passion, and wit of the Celtic experience.

On songs created to be sung a cappella, her pure voice shines all on its own. On other tracks she adds her elegant guitar, in various tunings, and the antique beauty of her dulcimer. Other master musicians contribute inspired fiddle, sweet piercing whistle, bodhran (Irish drum), and rich harmonies.

Spanning many centuries, this collection includes beloved favorites and less familiar works, all in Diane’s timeless, graceful style.
