Album Notes
This song is about my relationship with California.

Moving to sunny California from rainy Germany was always a dream of mine and making it a reality is something I am still very happy about. It also represents a different, inner journey, but I leave it at that, so you can maybe find our own meaning...
The song also was featured in a 90-minute TV special on German TV (WDR) about California, where I played the song live.

Apart from that, I wrote the song and played all of the instruments. I also sang all the lines, except for the "So High's" at the very end, where I got some help from the family choir - my wife and three kids (11, 6 and 3).
