ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
In "Welcome to the End," Digital Havoc combines the musical palette of heavy rock artists such as Rob Zombie, Five Finger Death Punch and Nine Inch Nails with the perceptive influence of the literary works of George Orwell, Ray Bradbury and T.S. Eliot to raise the question, "has the dystopia of '1984' already arrived only 30 years behind?"

This album is a concept piece that explores the mind of the average social media consumer as they try to make sense of a reality skewed by internet influence and sensationalism. Bouncing between pop and heavy melodic rock influences, "Welcome to the End" takes the listener on a trip through the trials of present-day internet culture and the demons that come with the territory; such as social anxiety, celebrity worship, and other frustrations that lead one to disconnect as well as the addictions that bring them right back into the stream.
