One Foot On the Road

by David Michael Carpenter

This is original, original sound that wanders through styles from song to song and even within the songs. Christian worship, sixties Beatlesque, bluesy, country even a little twist of Dylan. Total unlike 'contemporary' or any 'otherary'.
Genre: Spiritual: Christian Rock

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
One Foot On the Road is the 5th CD by David Michael Carpenter and arguably the best so far. David plays all the instruments, does all the lead vocals, writes the songs and records and produces all the music. It's all original and it reaches out to everyone and anyone. It's music that doesn't know any boundaries..no real style definition will do it. Much like Van Morrison it's all out on his sleeve and a bit raw. The music is very boutique..hand made..one off. It challenges people who want to hear something different...not new...nothing is new..but different..personal..demanding... challenging..controversial...deep..it's not elevator music if that's what you like...it's not background music. For those around the world who are now listening to the last few CD's thanks for the support and I'm overwhelmed...this is for you guys. Experience this.
