ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Once upon a time, three young fellows, wet
behind the ears, met at a boarding high school
in Sioux City, Iowa. The boy from Kansas City
wore brown oxfords; the other two of them
sported Iowa clodkickers.

Four years later, those same three fellows, not
quite so green but not as wise as perhaps they
thought, graduated and went their separate ways
- each to his separate college, then to work, and
to wife and family and better shoes.

As certain is certain, the years pass quickly.

Forty-two years later, those three classmates,
older now and wiser and a little more weary,
went to a school re-union and there they played
music for their friends all upon a Saturday night.
“That was tremendous fun,” they said to each
other at two in the morning, having pancakes
afterwards. “But that can’t be all there is to it.”

It wasn’t, for now it is Happy Ever After,
and they are happily old.

Fairy Tales & Nonsense
I love this CD. It makes me laugh, and I think it will make you and your kids laugh too. If you work with kids or if you have kids you need this CD. You need this CD if your own inner child needs a boost. It would make a great b-day gift or baby gift. These guys have put together a really unique and fun CD. Music, lyrics and harmony all first rate. It will make you want to dance and sing and it will never become an earworm. It has a really great sax riff too. You won't reach for the ear plugs when your little one wants to play it for the millionth time. No you won't. Hansel & Gretel is hysterical and don't even get me started on Switchy. It's all really good. Buy it, you won't regret it.
