Album Notes
First let me start off by saying that this album is really top notch. We spared no expense when we did this album. There are awesome hit song writers and one of Nashvilles finest studios. There are also several of Nashvilles best studio musicians on this CD. Make sure you grab a copy and let me know what you think.

Eric Dodge discovered his passion for singing in the most heartfelt of ways. While always having a strong love for music, his greatest fear was to share that passion publicly. On September 11th, 2001, as our great country suffered a terrorist attack, Eric was on a cruise ship outside of Mexico. That fateful day was when Eric made his decision to no longer be afraid. He stepped up to the microphone aboard the ship to share his voice and love of music. He was no longer willing to let his fear keep him from what was truly his gift to the world. He opened up his heart and sang Garth Brooks\' song \"The Dance\". After his moving performance, a passenger approached him to let him know how much she had loved the song. She encouraged him to pursue a singing career. Just as many others were changed by the events of 9/11, Eric took her words to heart and decided to follow his heart into the world of country music.
Eric has worked with Seth Riggs, vocal coach to the Stars in Hollywood and from there was sent to train with Jeffrey Skouson in Las Vegas. Thanks to these great coaches, Eric began sharing his talents professionally in 2003 and hasn\'t stopped. He\'s performed hundreds of shows all over the United States and Canada. He\'s shared the stage with many of Nashville\'s finest country music stars including: the late Chris Ledoux, Diamond Rio, Little Texas,Collin Raye, Shedaisy, and many other talented artists. In 2004, Eric was awarded the honor of being named the Southern Utah winner of the Colgate Country Showdown.
Eric has recorded both of his albums at OmniSound Studios in Nashville, Tennessee, where he worked with the best producers, songwriters, and musicians possible. In March of 2006, his first radio single, \"Anything for You\" was released and hit #19 on the New Music Weekly-Independent Artists chart. Eric has been featured in America\'s largest country music magazine, \"Country Weekly\" and on the popular website, Music News Nashville.
Eric has also appeared live on many television shows. While performing on Good Things Utah on ABC, he met the very popular author and website mentor, Marla Cilley aka the Flylady of FlyLady\'s mentoring program helps people gain control of the clutter and chaos in their homes and lives. She was so impressed with Eric and his talent that she asked him to record a song for her new FLY album; a collection of inspirational and motivational music. The CD was released in September of 2006 and included Eric performing \"Why Not Today\". The CD has been a huge success and sold all over the world. The Song Why Not Today inspired the release of Eric\'s second album in August of 2007 which has been titled \"Why Not Today\". It has already become an international success and been among the top sellers on Eric has accompanied Flylady to many of her nationwide events and has performed and entertained for the crowds.
Eric Dodge is a country boy at heart. When not on stage performing his favorite country songs, you can find him out riding horses or 4 wheelers or camping out at his family\'s ranch. He loves anything outdoors including fishing and hiking. Summer, winter spring or fall his favorite moments are sleeping outside by the campfire under the stars. From the brim of his hat to the tips of his boots, he is a true cowboy.

Awesome voice with uplifting lyrics & quality production
I was impressed with the quality of the CD with great music backing a really awesome voice. I cried the first time I heard "When I Let You Go" because Eric just makes you believe. There is an overall positive feel to the CD and with the great sound it just makes you feel good.

Beautiful bird, confidence, happiness, encouraging, comforting, fun.
I love to listen to birds singing. To me, Eric's singing is much like a beautiful bird singing, with confidence and happiness that comes from deep inside. The songs on the CD are encouraging, comforting and fun to listen to.

As good as it gets
14 good to very good songs and that is hard to do.

Since I let you go is one of the better songs you will ever hear.

I blame me is another hott cut.

Nice, positive message
Loved the positive songs, especially "What a concept." If everyone acted that way, we'd have MUCH less trouble in the world. Anyone with kids or grandkids will enjoy "When I was your age."
My husband is in the music biz. He suggested this CD could have used a little more post-production work.

I finally like it!
I have never heard a version of "Unchained Melody" that I liked - until Eric Dodge recorded it, that is.

In my opinion, anyone who can make this song not only listenable, but enjoyable is going to go places and do great things. Get in on the ground floor!!

Eric Dodge is country music's next big star
This first CD by Eric Dodge is excellent, filled with a variety of catchy tunes, some of which will become big hits in my opinion (like #11 When I Was Your Age). The high quality of Eric Dodge's voice and music makes this CD a winner. My kids and I love to listen to it.

Eric has done an incredible job. I believe he is going to go far in the music industry. A must have CD.

Fantastic album
This album has the best version of Unchained Melody I've had the privilege of hearing. Don't miss When I Was Your Age. You'll be grinning ear to ear.

Excellent singer, clean and inspiring music, love every song on CD.
I haven't been so excited about an artist since Garth Brooks. Eric is an excellent musician who can sing any kind of music. His "broadway" music voice is just as wonderful as country. Eric is also a very kind and generous person. I love the CD and I can play ALL of the songs in my home without fear of who hears them. They are all clean and many of them have a message. Some are just fun. Eric is going far!

Great singing, fun tunes! Keeps me dancin'!
Since I Let You Go has some serious, some funny, and cute country livin' lyrics. Add to that: toe tapping music that gets me movin', and a voice that melts my heart.
