Album Notes
Donna Hall is an original member of the 70's group Wet Willie. She's best known as one of the background singers called The Williettes. Her touring years put her on stage singing backup with many well-known groups includung the Marshall Tuker Band, Kitty Wells, Greg Allman and Grand Funk Railroad. She was fortunate to have been associated with Capricorn Records "back in the day" in Macon GA and was hired to sing back up with many of the Capricorn artists. Her distictive gospel-inspired voice can be heard on the top ten hit "Keep On Smilin'". Donna is proud to be a member of the Georgia Music Hall of Fame as well as the Alabama Music Hall of Fame. Her first solo project "It's Never Too Late" is a wonderful blend of gospel and R&B and includes many well-known musical friends and family members.

Donna Hall's new CD, It's Never Too Late, is a feel-good, down home, wonderful all around CD!! It never comes out of my CD player!! Donna proves that it is never too late- she's in her prime! A must have!!

I really do like this CD !
I really do like this CD ! Great music and well written Lyrics. GO ! Donna Hall

It REALLY IS "Never Too Late"!
Donna has proven that it really is "never too late". I've been listening to her behind some of the South's best for years and she just keeps gettin' better. My favorite on this CD is "Good at Being Blue" but my foot always starts tapping to the revival of "TCB or TYA". I usually can't help but clap my hands when the whole Hall clan kick in on "Ready for a Miracle". This is a great CD! It was worth the wait.

Very nice!!
I liked the gospel feel of this CD. Knowing a little about Wet Willie I found Donna's voice strong like her famous brother Jimmie. I'm particularly happy with her original cut Status Quo as well as the great tunes from other regional artists. Wet Willie guitarist/singer Ric Seymour helps out a lot here playing and producing. Get this one just for the fun of it.

Excellent CD from beginning to end
I was (am) a Wet Willie fan but I wouldn't consider them one of my all-time favorites. I happened upon Donna's website and listened to some of the samples and liked them enough to buy the CD. I didn't have huge expectations but thought there might be one or two songs that would be iPod worthy.
I find myself listening to the whole thing without skipping over songs. Every one is a solid effort, not a single throw away to take up space.
I think she did a great job mixing it up and keeping things interesting. If she comes out with another one, I'll buy it.

it's never too late
it's a great cd love the sound that she has. love to listen to it. would like to no if she has any gospel cd out.

Donna Hall proves "It's Never Too Late"
I am a huge fan of Wet Willie, so I was excited to hear that one of the original "Williettes" had her own solo CD.
"It's Never Too Late" does not disappoint. This CD is worth every penny and then some.

Excellent as expected....
Having followed Donna's career as a Willyette and a Boogie Chillun at various venues around my home in South Alabama, it was not a surprise to me to hear that she had gone solo. Nor was it a surprise to me that this CD was an outstanding balance of gospel and blues in the style of the Hall family. Great first effort!!

Anything by any Hall family member is good
