ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
A Canadian born Vancouver Island boy, Donny Boyd, grew up enjoying sound from a young age. The music from records of many genres could be heard in the family home through out the years.
Donny's first taste of playing guitar came from playing on an old Silver Tone that belonged to his best friends dad. The boys wrote and sang about what 14 year old boys write and sing about.
Over the years he has met with many friends and fine company along his journey. He has wrote, sang with and promoted other musicians and started his own Record Label. This year marks the release of Donny's first album... " Donny Boyd And Fine Company," twelve tracks of a sweet melodic mix of sixties, seventies, folk, and psychedelic music.
