I lost my wife to cancer in 2010 and these are some of the first songs I wrote after her death. Everybody has different ways of coping with loss and writing songs has been one of the ways I've coped with it.

Album Notes
I started playing the guitar when I was about 8 years old. When I was 19 some friends and I started a band in Austin, Texas called the Easy Street Blues Band. When I got married I quit playing the guitar and didn't play again until my wife died in 2010. I've written hundreds of songs since then.

My major guitar playing influences have been Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, Peter Green, Eric Clapton, David Gilmore. Keith Richards, Alvin Lee, and Joni Mitchell.
