Album Notes
"Pass It On" produced by Grammy winner Jim Tullio (Mavis Staples, John Martyn, Richie Havens), Dorothy is accompanied by world class musicians, Brian Blade, (Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan), Corky Siegel, (Siegel-Schwall Band, John Prine, Joni Mitchell), Peter Erskine, (Joni Mitchell, Weather Report), Chris "Hambone" Cameron, (Sonia Dada, Bob Dylan). "Pass It On" is Dorothy's favorite work to date, all of the songs on this record are brilliant, the flow and feel of the record is very inspiring and totally unique.

Dorothy takes a magical stance and melds the music and lyrics into a seamless, living breathing whole. She has flowed effortlessly between genres achieving popularity in pop, folk, blues and alternative. The common bridge is an exquisite vocal style, amazing guitar playing, and a gift for discovering the heart of a song. Her live performance is passionate and real, fierce and funny, outspoken and vulnerable.

Often compared to Joni Mitchell, Neil Young and Jeff Buckley; Dorothy's style remain uniquely her own.

Known for her daring and uncompromising performances and amazing guitar playing, Dorothy has toured the U.S., Sweden, Ireland and Canada. She has shared the stage with artists, Carole King, Joan Armatrading, Jeff Buckley, Joan Osborne, MELANIE, Janis Ian, The Frames, and The Siegel Schwall Band.
