Album Notes
...I will cradle my creation
as I coax it from the clay...

So, I wanted to have a disc of my music done by the time I turned 50.

that didn’t happen.

When it got to be late December 2014,
I was three months past 5 decades,
and no closer to starting jack stinking squat.

Figured it was about time to fish or cut bait.

So we got started in January of 2015.

And after some nerves, trepidation, doubts, consternation,
close to a couple dozen days in the studio, guitar arrhythmia,
Jobs of patience, a few cases of beer, a few more packs of smokes,
the time tested tradition of the butting of the heads, a dozen plus musicians,
and bushels and bushels of laughs, things have finally taken shape.

The Bridges That I Burn is now available.

It contains nine original songs and not one regret.

Many thanks to all the musicians and everyone else
who played a part in making this disc happen.

Hope you all hear something that you like.

Ya’ll take care of one another and don’t forget to write.
