ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This is the first of its kind, two orchestral bass trombonists, along with composer and trombonist Michael Lake, recording music from the Renaissance, Baroque, jazz, funk, and compositions written just for this recording. It's a unique, never quite been there before kind of recording, an interesting mix, played by two of the best at their business, Douglas Yeo (Boston Symphony Orchestra-retired) and Gerry Pagano (St. Louis Symphony).
