"If you have trouble falling asleep, or if you have trouble going back to sleep after waking up during the night, you may want to try to tune in to your 'Natural Sleepiness Cycle.' This an important concept that is not well known.

"Sleepiness tends to come in waves every 60-90 minutes or so.
