Album Notes
Dr. White decided to make this Sleep Therapy track happen in case any of you out there required a subtly changing noise pattern featuring real moving water, where normally a circulation fan sound would be desired to drown out the sounds of our noisy environments. Great sleep leads to a great day, and a stacked set of these days to becoming a great life. This means that you should nicely trick your mind to taper off of noisy city environments, or even noisy rural rooms with snoring spouses, creaky heaters, or close streets outside, by applying a stereo system with Dr. White's Noise (or even using a real air fan in the room - they are wonderful for attaining sleep).
This track is meant to help you sleep better by allowing your mind to ease off the path of listening to the real world and steering into the path of the white noise waves that are consistently designed here to have no areas with low sound. This means that this track is doubled on itself and shifted so the ups of one set match the lows of another creating a constant level of noise wash; even then these were adjusted to have a smoother consistency for your mind to consume as your consciousness drifts off. The Doctor decided to create a distinctly smooth 5-minute sample and then loop it for 2 hours to serenely knock you out, where you know the first 5 minutes is like the last 5 minutes and it is consistent throughout so there will be no overall change in sound to wake you out of your slumbering.
Let Dr. White's Noise help you eliminate the need for sleeping pills or even help you ween off nighttime alcohol that you may feel you need to help turn off the mental lights. Audio Therapy is a real thing and that is why you are here reading this right now... the mind is a noisy place itself and if it has nothing to focus on, then the simplest sounds can awake you and disrupt your sleep pattern. We would like to know whether or not it matters to have a one hour or a two hour track, and if the equalization of the frequencies played out as you had expected it to on your end. We Humans need 1/3 of our day in OFF mode. Less sleep than 8 hours per 24 hours is considered dangerous to our health - things like Dementia, high-blood pressure and stress can all be minimized with a full cycle of sleep - unless you are a superhuman and your power is that you need 5 hours of sleep and can get away with it. In that case then go on ahead - we mortals will still for the rest of our days need decent sleep to maximize our lives.
