ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
DSFZKE - meaning " this search is leading to no results " , written in german Language " Diese Suche führt zu keinem Ergebnis" . When I started the project with former " DSDS / German Idol " winner Daniel Schuhmacher, I thought about a unique band name, which would have not a single search result on Google. I found it in DSFZKE ! Now, the name is collecting result every minute and the first single Small Town Boy ( a classic Bronski Beat cover ) has reached the first chart - entries only ten days after its release in mid october 2016. Now it is time for the album. 15 tracks including the first single, all written by Marcus Loeber and Daniel Schuhmacher ( except Small Town Boy and the ballad Crying Over You ). We took our time producing the songs. We tried out many different styles and sounds and the break- through came in early 2016 - after almost three years - when we started to play around with old analogue synthesizers and the classic instruments of the 80ties and 90ties. The right album for sound geeks ! Enjoy and please follow DSFZKE on our various social media channels. Stay tuned for live- show updates.
